Junmai Ginjo in a refreshing blue bottle with the image of
Japan's last clear stream, the Shimanto River.
Yamada Nishiki is mainly used as the raw material rice, and
several rice types are blended to adjust the taste according to the quality of the rice every year. In 1926 we introduced
