Tsukasabotan "Tosa Urara" is Junmai Ginjo that uses 100% "Tosa Urara" rice from Kochi Prefecture, which was developed by the Kochi Prefectural Agricultural Technology Center to be used in Sake. Finished with Kochi rice and Kochi prefecture kobo, Tsukasabotan "Tosa Urara" is characterized by a refreshing scent, and the taste is refreshing and crisp.
